As a Group Leader for Atlassian Stockholm I aim for a great 2019. It has been slow for a while now, but I want to change that. Not only are we setting up this public space to keep you informed, but we are securing 8 meetings for 2019 so far. This is just the beginning however as we have a very aggressive aim for 2019 to grow our community to 1000 users. For starters.
In order to do this we need to figure out what value we can provide to make it interresting to be a part of this group. Not only do we need to have great meetings, but we also need to ensure participation feel meeningful and inspiring. This also must be true not just for the meetings, but also between meetings. One step we are taking is to set up our Slack where I hope we can keep conversations flowing and we will start using the newsletter function a bit more.
I will do my very best to make the Stockholm AUG the natural hub to ask questions and learn more about the Atlassian products regardless of your experience and skill. It should be equally fun and interresting if you are just a user, an admin or if you are building plugins or managing infrastructure for the setup.
I also want to promote the members and facilitate networking so we can find new connections and friends that share our interrest in the tools we enjoy working in every day. I want to provide a forum for all members to present your creative solutions to inspire to new ways to use the tools.
It’s no small task, but I am up for it and I look forward to 2019 to make this a reality!
